Android app SwiftKey helps you type faster with improved accuracy
I must I have never really fancied Android’s standard factory preset on-screen virtual keyboard from the moment I first touched an Android phone, this could be one of the reasons why I’ve always preferred an iPhone. This is why the newly released SwiftKey app has got my interest. And its free by the way.
In a way, its ambition is very similar to that of Swype. What’s unique about SwiftKey is that its developers have taken the past two years to create an application that will learn the way you type and construct your messages (if you allow it to). With this information, SwiftKey will be able to provide you with much more accurate predictive texts thereby enhancing the time it takes you to complete a message.
SwiftKey is still in beta at the moment, but its free and it has already received plenty of praises, so its definitely worth a go. SwiftKey can be downloaded by looking up the Android Market, check it out in action in the video below…
