With Nike+ FuelBand you can measure progress in time, calories burned, steps, or in special points called NikeFuel. As for synchronization, you can synchronize Nike+ FuelBand with iPhone over Bluetooth or simply by connecting it to USB port on your computer. As soon as you synchronize using the iPhone App or via Nike+ website, you’ll get detailed information regarding your physical activity.

Nike+ FuelBand is great if you’re an athlete or if you simply want to stay in shape. As for the price, Nike+ FuelBand should cost about $150, and as for the release date, Nike has disclosed no information.
